
Any implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above (up to one year from the date of original retail purchase).
POWER VISION TUNER PROBLEMS SERIAL NUMBER
This warranty does not cover: damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect and/or damage during any type of transportation resulting from improper packaging damage to any product which has been altered in any fashion, including the alteration or removal of any Dynojet serial number damage resulting from causes other than product defects, including and not by way of limitation, lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user, and/or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the User’s Manual and damages resulting from (i) service performed by an unauthorized person or entity, or (ii) tunes or other software not installed by Dynojet or provided by Dynojet via or other Dynojet-owned website. This warranty applies only to Dynojet products manufactured by Dynojet that can be identified by Dynojet product trademarks, trade names, or logos affixed to them.


If the repairs are covered by this warranty and if the product was properly shipped to Dynojet, Dynojet will pay the return shipping charges (domestic addresses only).

POWER VISION TUNER PROBLEMS REGISTRATION
Please attach your name, address, telephone number, and a copy of the bill of sale as proof of date of original retail purchase or registration ticket number, as well as a detailed description of the problem for which service is requested. You are responsible for packaging the product to be returned. Prior to returning the product, you must obtain from Dynojet a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting Dynojet at the address or phone number below. (You can obtain additional information by contacting Dynojet at the address printed below). If you discover a defect, Dynojet will, at its option, repair or replace this product with a new or reconditioned product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to Dynojet. Failure to register your product does not affect your rights under this warranty, provided you can verify proof of original purchase date in another reasonable manner. Accordingly, to avoid dispute, you should register online at: within sixty (60) days after the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to establish the warranty period by verifying the original purchase date. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us. Please note that because Dynojet is unable to control the quality of Dynojet products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover Dynojet products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

The “original end-user” is the first user who purchases the product directly from Dynojet or a Dynojet authorized retailer to put the product into service in any fashion. This warranty is made only to the original end-user purchaser (“you”) of the product and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers or owners of the product. The warranty period begins with the date of original retail purchase. Dynojet Research, Inc, (“Dynojet”) warrants Dynojet®-branded products against defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year (Lifetime on belts).
